What happens during a foot reflexology session?

If you’re popping in & out, scroll to ‘Start Here’.

(Intro) In the midst of going through a career and spiritual transition, I’ve found some time to offer reflexology services and take more certification courses. So here I am, dusting off my (typewriter) keys to leave a quick message. I think it would be a disservice to my clients, if I didn’t take the time to explain what happens during a reflexology session.

So to keep this as painless as possible, I’m going to bullet list the session:

(Start Here)

  • Paperwork (Boo!), basic medical history, consent, reflexology info notecard

  • Client seated in reclining chair (other spas have a massage table)

  • Socks & Shoes removed, feet wrapped in warm towels

  • Reflexology session begins (various manual techniques used to assist the body in finding its balance, via the nervous system)

  • Feet wrapped in warm towels…again, socks and shoes donned

Personal Preferences: Music or Silent session, Aromatherapy or Not, Oil/Butter or no application used during session

The personal preferences are a part of the session, there’s no additional cost to the experience

So that’s it. If you have any questions, leave a comment. Your question could be someone else’s.

Always Peace & A lot of Sole,

Br’Jhai
